House prices being are due to a lack of building, due to classic British nimbyism. They are not the fault of poor migrants or rich migrants.
- stuaxo 10y agoIf you just look around London it's covered in developments of new 'luxury flats' (actually just flats sized to a couple). There are space for thousands within walking distance from where I am, I have no idea how many are filled.

- tonyedgecombe 10y agoand the wrong type of building, there is a lot of development in my local area but it is not very dense.
