In my experience disabling JS entirely on Bloomberg saves a lot of time (and bandwidth, I'd assume). I once run a test: Loading time (with cache disabled) went from a full 18 seconds to just 6. Also no random flashing due to the header resizing. (but you lose videos and thumbnails) worth for me
