sorry, didn't rtfa (bloomberg and wordpress blocked in china), but what constitutes urbanized? from what i understand, most people in the us live in suburbs, i wouldn't call that urbanized living, i would call new york city, sf, chicago as urbanized, maybe count some of the burrows, but that can't equal 81%.
