I worked strict 8-4 with an hour paid lunch at my last job (so 35 hours ass in chair time). The office was generally empty around 4:30 Now I generally get close to 40 hours in a week, but rarely hit it. Hours are very flexible (today I'm in at 6am, yesterday 9). Both jobs were smaller companies (<50) in Vancouver, Canada.
