Couldn't agree with it more. "Walking on water and developing software from a specification are easy if both are frozen". Startups are the opposite of having clear requirements. There is a lot of uncertainty. In my opinion, it is usually orders of magnitude harder to figure out what to dot hat gets suers than building something "perfect" that nobody cares about
