If this happens, that's probably a good thing. Housing all over the world is quickly becoming unaffordable and rent ratio (rent ratio of income) has been slowly increasing to stupid levels. I can't afford to rent in the main city of my country, and will be looking for jobs/housing in smaller cities in order to live a less stressful (read: better) life.
