You might be interested in the text of the fourth amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, ..."
...and the 9th:
"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
