The general feeling on reddit seems to be of pro-coup. However many have highlighted that coups are long processes and haven't been positive in the long run at least in the middle east.
- iofj 10y agoBut in Turkey they have. In fact historians generally credit Turkish military coups with creating the Turkish state in the first place, as opposed to another failed and despicable muslim theocracy like happened everywhere else in that neighbourhood.
