In China the censorship was ridiculous using "Bangol" or whatever it's called there. I couldn't search for western products, animals, videos - anything (, until I used a VPN of course!). But here in the UK I think it's much less than 1%, although what's worrying is what is actually blocked. It seems as if enough money and/or power will get you any blocks you want.
