  The post is relevant, but only because this will affect startups. Most of the discussion here isn't relevant to HN - the discussion should be trying to fit this into the context of how the bill affects startups/small businesses.

    Stick around longer than 134 days and you'll learn. This forum is a "hacker" forum not a "webapp/startup" forum. The hacker community is interested in many things.

      The noob defense is a classic, thanks for using it on me. You should realize that many people, including myself, have more than one account. Can you tell me specifically how you think this is interesting to hackers, outside of what it means to startup founders and potential startup founders? Many US bills affect "hackers", that doesn't mean we should discuss them.
