I tend to agree. We stayed at an Airbnb only to have PSGE show up the second day to turn off the power since the owner hadn't paid the power bill in 3 months.

I tend to agree. We stayed at an Airbnb only to have PSGE show up the second day to turn off the power since the owner hadn't paid the power bill in 3 months. It took 4 different calls/people to find out who the actual owner of the property was. I'm all for someone letting out their room/house but this put us in quite a scramble.
