It is not a list of questions, it is a list of topics to cover in an interview. Having done over 300 interviews over the last two years, for all levels of experience, I have to say I mostly agree with Steve. His observations at the end are spot on.
- sabat 17y agoJust because he's done a lot of interviews doesn't mean he has actually learned anything or become good at conducting them. I'd argue the opposite. He's become entrenched in methods that do nothing.
