The company who make decisions is Nintendo.
- buzzybee 10y agoThe top level decision maker in this instance stops at The Pokemon Company. Although Nintendo is one of the investors and can influence decisions as a stakeholder, the line of command does not proceed directly upwards to Nintendo management.
