Looks like either top level headings (equivalent to sections I guess) or a line like this "----------" would work.

Combine this with http://entrproject.org/ http://entrproject.org/ and https://github.com/cortesi/devd/releases https://github.com/cortesi/devd/releases for live-regenerating+reloading html output on md input changes :) . Or incrond, but entr feels great for this kind of ad-hoc workflow.
