You are not a loser. Getting in the door at these companies is an accomplishment in itself, and puts you in the top tier of applicants. Treat every interview as a learning experience for the next. One thing you can do when you start looking for jobs is to accept interviews for roles you are interested in but wouldn't feel terrible turning down. This will give you some experience before you interview for the roles you deeply want. Interviewing is a skill, one that I've found needs to be relearned for every job search.
