Question regarding wit.ai and context of conversation

We are having trouble maintaining the context of a conversation. The context is passed from the app back to WIT in certain cases but it's difficult to know when to clear or maintain the context. There may be something we don't understand about maintaining the context correctly. Or how to know when a conversation ends. Has anyone dealt with this before? Or anyone able to make an introduction to someone who works on product/engineering at wit?
