By and large "more capital per person" is good. People will live better. Perhaps at 100 million we won't be able to keep everything that 10 billion can keep in their heads, but computers and AI will make up the difference. (Once it's out of your head, does it matter whose it is in?) The planet will be much more survivable with smaller populations too.
