It is fair to say that police in USA is not targeting anyone, and it is also fair to say the majority are not being treated as the powerful. However, the white mentally ill according to the lack of news regarding the figures tends to put mentally ill people in the majority case, a silent case. Hence my point of view : discrimination in discrimination leads to awful results.
