I think a lot of mid-level to senior-level developers are starting to realize you can net a lot more and have a better quality of life outside of the bay area.

I think a lot of mid-level to senior-level developers are starting to realize you can net a lot more and have a better quality of life outside of the bay area. The low interest in working for startups is also telling imo. Could that be because there isn't a lot of exciting startups currently or is it that developers are looking for more stability?
