Mini-tuto to install by hand:
1. Download zip - https://github.com/awalGarg/netmonitor/archive/master.zip https://github.com/awalGarg/netmonitor/archive/master.zip
2. Unzip it
3. Go to chrome extension page (or type `chrome://chrome/extensions/` in the URL bar)
4. Drag and drop the folder `netmonitor` on the page
