Can't you prove your length of stay with work/rent contracts? Do you know of this requirement from first-hand or where did you hear about this? Thanks

- dogma1138 10y agoWhat the home office wants you to do is to apply for a registration certificate (RC) as a QP https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/505043/EEA_QP__03-16.pdf https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachm... Then after 5 years you can apply for PR https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/505032/EEA_PR__03-16.pdf https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachm... Whether you can skip the first part is another story, you might be able to do so if you can provide proof of continuous qualification of the QP requirements over a period of 5 years which might not be so easy to do.
