Is it better to surface the trade and regulate it, or push it underground?
- adamnemecek 10y agoThere isn't a black market for everything. E.g. how big is the black market for Kinder Surprise eggs in the US? How big is the market for leaded gasoline?
- Xorlev 10y agoPeople don't often decorate their homes and make other items out of leaded gasoline or kinder surprise eggs. Luxury items are created from ivory.
