While there is still room for other considerations, I was a little more skeptical about the headline until I saw the article's source. If this had been the usual analysis of one of the large job listing aggregators, then I think more of the arguments made here would come into play, but I give this one slightly more credibility since it's a for-pay and "curated" job site. So I'll put it in the somewhat-more-interesting category. Back to the author's points, of course perceptions help frame reality, too.
