What was your question? My wife is desperately trying to get out of Jury duty (busy life, bad timing), but not having much luck.
- mos1 17y agoShe can almost assuredly get knocked out during voir dire simply by being educated, intelligent and analytical. I've been called to voir dire three times, and three times I've been excused after being asked about my educational and professional experience.
