The people I blame most are the MPs who voted for the war. It was pretty clear at the time that there was no evidence for the WMDs or for breaches of the UN resolution by Saddam. The MPs should have investigated the evidence and asked tough questions. Instead they just did what they were told by Tony Blair. So much for democracy.
