Any tips for getting listed or why my own profile might not be coming up?

GitHub uses linguist (https://github.com/github/linguist https://github.com/github/linguist) to determine the languages associated with your profile. I'm not sure though under what circumstances a language actually becomes part of your profile data. I can only assume that it has something to do with the total amount of code in a certain language and the ratio between programming languages in your account. So unfortunately, there isn't really much you can do to get your profile to show up (except maybe to publish more code on GitHub).
