I think there is a difference between administrative consequences and legal consequences. And Comey was running a criminal investigation. I think that she should not be able to get a security clearance for any unelected position. I don't really think that she escaped a criminal conviction because of who she is. I also think that +50% of voters electing her president should override that concern if she wins this election. But that's not because I think the law shouldn't apply to her, its because I think the president needs access to classified material.
