Of the 30,000 (plus more found by investigators), 8 email chains were Top Secret, 37 secret, and ~2,000 confidential (a vast majority of those upgraded after the fact). I'm actually surprised it's not more, but that's still ~10% of the volume.* (* It's hard to compare apples-to-apples with individual emails vs. threads.)
