I've always held the mindset, "If a company doesn't want to hire me for me being me, I don't want to work at that company," which obviously only works well when you have ample opportunities to select from during job searches. If there is a correlation between people posting less and fear of being rejected from future jobs, I wonder if Facebook will see more posting as the job market continues to improve (and vice versa). Would be interesting to plot out.
