Why release this on the Friday of the 4th of July holiday weekend?

So those of us with side projects can spend the long weekend upgrading. :)

Was thinking about this, it might actually be better, as fewer people are likely to upgrade and discover issues over the weekend, so 15.2.1 can come out early next week with minimal impact... Also... ~15.1.x if you're really concerned about minor release bumps... React has been far better than most in this space.
