You're also not allowed to build a house on a random piece of property, so you must be able to afford to buy property to build a house there. Very classist.

- galdosdi 10y agoI'm confused -- building a house indefinitely consumes an expensive and scarce resource (land). Which expensive and scarce resource is used up when someone drinks a beer outdoors?
