Which is generally true. Why is this such an issue. Computer Science PHDs are on average definitely smarter than web developers.
I think this comment and the ones above are a micro example of the politically correct culture we live in. Why cant someone make a statement about the advantages/difference in traits between two groups of people? Is this so dreadful?

- whenwillitstop 10y agoYeah, but that's because coding web sites is their main skill set. It says nothing about their raw cognition, except that it's above some necessary level.
