Ask HN: Startup advisors

Are there any companies that specialize in being startup advisors, that a startup can hire to help them with product definition, product/market fit, customer acquisition, traction, etc? I guess this is somewhat similar to what YC and Techstars do, for a share in the company. But are there such services for hire?
