"You were the idiots that connected the system to the web... you should have no expectation of privacy." Put a more insane way: "Your doors were unlocked therefore invading your home was not a crime." This will have to be struck down to preserve our democracy I would think. Insanity. Total aside: DoJ is really dropping the ball and will have to decide whether they want to prosecute hackers or enable their own hacking. Can't really support both.
