Going to be honest, a little confused where the Bermudas or the US comes into this... Apparently this is regarding Google reporting the bulk of their sales out of Ireland and therefore not paying taxes in Europe? This is based on maybe a loophole where Google makes sure to have Ireland staff conclude all sales contracts...
