Is there grounds here for a class-action lawsuit?
- bb101 10y agoI doubt it, as their right to terminate the service is most probably included in the fine print next to the "I agree" button we click when we install their software. Legalities aside, it's a terrible way to run a company but a great way to alienate all your oldest customers (who were probably going to upgrade at some point anyway).
