- Moshe_Silnorin 10y agoIQ scores are very stable across time. An IQ 140 immigrant would be worth the cost of several random tests. As this would cost vastly less than a largely-useless masters degree, I'm sure immigrants would be willing to pay for a harder-to-cheat test.
