Is there a chance that you are on the autism spectrum? Many people who gravitate toward technology are. Efforts toward inclusion usually don't recognize the special needs of people on the spectrum.
You may have a cause of action. They may legally be required to provide accommodation.
- atrophying 10y agoSpeaking as someone who's on the spectrum, just because one is autistic doesn't automatically make them toxic - nor does being toxic automatically make one autistic. This is a really disingenuous and harmful stereotype of people on the spectrum. Autism affects more than just social functioning, and a great number of us, myself included, have no problems behaving in a positive and supportive fashion.
