- spikengineer 10y agoAsia Pacific means all of Asia plus the Pacific countries like Australia and the scattered islands in the pacific.
- ajdlinux 10y agoIt's generally not considered to include Western Asia/the Middle East, though.
- spikengineer 10y agoMiddle East is generally merged with Europe and Africa and called EMEA (Europe/Middle-East/Africa)
- manojlds 10y agoDepends on context - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asia-Pacific https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asia-Pacific
- dgemm 10y agoWell it's definitely in Asia. To me it makes no sense to lump such a huge area together under "asia-pacific" though. Even just Asia would be too big.
- intended 10y agoUsually it counts as part of the Indian Subcontinent Region IIRC?
- mitchtbaum 10y agoEarth has more than one ocean? I guess your model\map might, so perhaps with these tools you can get insight into your question. https://bfi.org/about-fuller/big-ideas/dymaxion-world/dymaxion-map https://bfi.org/about-fuller/big-ideas/dymaxion-world/dymaxi... http://www.cartotalk.com/index.php?showtopic=9406 http://www.cartotalk.com/index.php?showtopic=9406 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Globe https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Globe
