- the_common_man 10y agoEnglish is not my first language, so I am curious. When you say 'in tears' are you using some metaphor or was she actually crying?
- tim333 10y agoUsually in English it's not metaphorical.
- Gustomaximus 10y agoUnless it's about laughing. Then it usually is metaphorical.
