- w_t_payne 10y agoI know. In this context I'm using it as a lazy and confusing sort of hand-wavy way of referring either to the square mile or Canary Wharf -- and hijacking the debate a bit to promote my own wild and wacky schemes whilst I'm at it -- but hey, it wouldn't be the internet without some sort of conceptual slippage going on, would it?
