the asp.net core changed a lot between rc1 and rc2 (because moved to .net sdk instead of dnx). The normal libraries or console app not too much
- jsingleton 10y agoIt depends on if you want to run ASP.NET Core on .NET Framework 4.6 or on .NET Core 1.0. It's not just the SDK that is new, Core console apps are pretty recent too, as previously it was mainly for web apps.
