About the only thing that might stop the UK leaving now would be for the new conservative leader to call a snap general election, thinking that labour are in serious disarray. Then labour campaign on not leaving the EU, and together with the SNP, win. The new labour/SNP government would be able to claim a mandate from the electorate to not leave. I don't think it's going to happen though.
