I would say, life is too short, try doing what you love te most. Also, beware that making more money will encourage you to spend more money so you will feel the need to make more money, again. Maybe a better question is: Who do I aspire to be like and which decisions can get me there?
- throwinitafter 10y agoMoney-wise, I guess that is true. Although I do not expect the increase to be that significant. Regarding your follow-up (the better question). I do agree. But it does not make it any easier. Maybe working in this new job could get me closer to the person I aspire to be like? How would I know if that was the case (before-hand)? Not in any way easier than just knowing if a wanted percentage increase in income will suffice for the lost coding time :) Thanks for taking the time to answer!
