My opinion is most likely biased :-) But I still want to help you so decided to leave a few words anyways. Task management - google calendar works great, also Microsoft Outlook does the job (was working for corpo for a few years and found MS Outlook a great tool in this area). Employees satisfaction / feedback - what can I say :-) this seems to be closely related with performance reviews corps run every half year (with decision on pay rise every second review). My experience is - everybody knows those reviews are, well, formality because managers distribute budget across people they believe are most valuable (and then those people leave anyways). Also - in the field of task management you have a very strong and dynamic competition - SalesForce. Your product needs to be different from theirs, otherwise your chances are lower when you knock to corp doors...
