You are right, that the Brexit does not help the British. But that is the problem with this voting, it is dominated by illogical feelings. The problem is also not the EU as such, but the governments of the EU countries.
- lazyjones 10y agoI'm not so sure about the first part. The UK has a much worse trade deficit with the EU than with its trade activities outside the EU. Perhaps local production and consumption will become stronger and compensate loss of (some) EU exports. Wouldn't bet on it though...
