Of course, this is the opposite of what Boris Johnson and Farage would want, right? You might be forgetting that no one outside of the UK could have changed this - the UK will reap what it (the majority of voters) has sown. That's one perverse curiosity question answered for me; the final one will be answered in the US in November! Good luck to the denizens on both sides of the pond.
