- verroq 10y agoYeah but UK has voted to leave. If they voted remain then certainly we can say that. The non-voters don't care, so they are happy either way.
- peyton 10y agoSaying all non-voters are happy is a stretch. There are a lot of reasons somebody might not vote. Health, money, time, negligence, etc.
- zfcgch 10y agoIt'd actually be 0.24. (Or 24%.)
