The advantage of the Seaport area is it was parking lots and industrial, so nobody cares if you rebuild. There's a ton of opposition to change in other parts of the city, but not there.
- ghaff 10y agoYou'd be surprised. There are definitely building and appearance rules in the nicer old industrial area. Nothing like other places of course.
