Tar-like interface, data deduplication, awesome support, fair pricing. What more could you ask for?
- daleharvey 17y agoWe also use tarsnap, would certainly recommend
- davidu 17y agoData de-duplication, when done well, lives in a heavily patented area, unfortunately. And the cause of many a lawsuit against small startups. sigh
- cperciva 17y agoTarsnap does de-duplication well. I don't think it runs afoul of any patents; and if it does, well, that's my problem, not yours.
- cheald 17y agoNice. I'm using S3 right now, but since Tarsnap is tuned for backups, I'm gonna check it out.
- cperciva 17y agoWhat more could you ask for? You forgot security. :-)
- lrm242 17y agoSecurity is implied because I know you programmed it :).
